“I have heard a lot of people say beauty pageant is not of relevance in today’s society because organizers seem to focus only on the physical beauty and articulatory ability of the participants but I don’t want to be under that category. As a nurse and beauty queen, I see myself transforming the lives of people. I am working hard to ensure my vision of educating the public on sanitation; environmental cleanliness and waste (plastic) recycling come to pass” – Ms Francess expressed.
The face of UNSAG is a beauty pageant aimed at empowering young women towards attaining self-confidence, entrepreneurial, leadership and excellence skills.
