About the Department
The Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management programme, offered under the Department of Business Administration, is designed to equip students with both academic knowledge and practical technical skills across key areas of human resource practice. The programme provides a broad foundation in HR principles, organizational behaviour, labour relations, performance management, and strategic human resource development.
