Prof. Kwame Boasiako Omane-Antwi is a distinguished scholar, professional accountant, and visionary leader with over four decades of experience in academia, industry, and corporate governance. He is a Full Professor of Accounting and Finance, an accomplished educator, and an influential policy contributor in Ghana and beyond.

He earned his PhD and MBA in Accounting and Finance from Louisiana State University, USA, after completing advanced executive programmes at Harvard University, Yale University, and the University of Oxford. Over his career, he has taught at leading institutions including the University of Cape Coast, University of Liberia, University of London, Pentecost University, and several universities in the USA, UK, and Africa.

Mr. Eric Kwabena Adjei Boadu Aidoo is a versatile construction professional and emerging academic with a strong multidisciplinary background in project management, law and construction technology. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Contruction Technology  and Barchelor of Science degree in Law, reflecting his unique blend of technical and legal expertise in the built environment. With extensive experience as a construction Project Engineer, Mr. Aidoo has successfully managed a range of infrastructure projects, overseeing planning, compliance, resource, allocation, and stakeholder coordination.

Mr. Tawiah Akyea is a distinguished legal practitioner and academic with decades of experience in law, governmence, and public service. A seasoned lawyer, he has built a remarkable career in both legal practice and legal education, earning widespread respect for his deep knowledge of the law, integrity, and dedication to public interest.

Mr. Samuel Kwasi Boakye is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with a strong background in economics, corporate finance, and auditing. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and is a Chartered Accountant with membership in the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). His career spans several years of impactful service in both the public and private sectors, where he has held key roles in financial management, internal external audit, risk assessment, and strategic budgeting.

Nana Abor Atta II, known in private life as David Kofi Baah, is a traditional leader, educationist, and governance expert  with a strong track record in community institutional leadership. He serves as the Chief of Gomoa Fetteh and the Twafohene of the Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Area. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Educational Psychology and an MBA in Governance and Leadership from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Sekyere Lee-Frimpong is a seasoned development practitioner, governance consultant, and strategic policy advisor with over two decades of experience across academia, public sector institutions, and international development organizations.

His professional journey spans critical roles in capacity building, decentralization, and institutional strengthen, where he has led numerous reform initiatives aimed at enhancing governance and service delivery at the local and national levels

Mr. Frank Kwaku Lartey is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in construction, civil engineering, and mining. He holds an MSc in Financial and Investment Management from the University of Salford, Manchester,and a BSc in Building Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership as the chief Executive Officer of three major companies; Core Construction Ltd. (Construction Engineering), Seal & Tar Ltd. (Civil Engineering), and Platinum & Seal Ltd. (Mining).

Apostle Enoch Osafo is a Ghanaian church leader affiliated with the Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI):

Serves as Field Director within Christ Apostolic Church International (CACI), overseeing pastoral leadership and regional spiritual growth. He was appointed in 2019 as part of the seven-member executive council alongside other senior apostles

Mrs. Afia Serwaa Essandoh is a dedicated legal academic and quality assurance expert with a strong foundation in both practice and policy. She earned her LL.B and was called to the Ghana Bar before advancing her career in accreditation and legal consultancy.

She commenced her legal career at Corporate Legal Concepts, specializing in corporate, commercial, and property law.

Later, she joined the National Accreditation Board (NAB), where she established and led the Legal Unit until 2019.

Prof. Yaw Adubofoour Tuffour is a highly accomplished civil engineer, academic, and project management expert with decades of experience in engineering education, research, and infrastructure development. He holds a Doctor of Science (DSc) and a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering, and is widely respected for his technical expertise, scholarly contributions and mentorship in the field of engineering
