Mrs. Theresah Edusei Pearsah Aidoo is the Acting Vice Chancellor of KAAF University, a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in higher education governance and institutional development. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Management Studies with a focus on organizational leadership and strategic transformation. She also holds an MBA from the Ghana institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor's degree in Management
