Mrs. Theresah Edusei Peasah Aidoo is the Acting Vice Chancellor of KAAF University, a dynamic and forward‑looking leader with over 15 years of experience in higher education governance, institutional development, and strategic administration. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Management Studies, with a research focus on organizational leadership and strategic transformation, reflecting her commitment to advancing effective leadership within the tertiary education sector.
She holds an MBA from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, providing her with a strong academic foundation in organizational systems, strategic planning, and institutional effectiveness.
Mrs. Aidoo continues to play a pivotal role in strengthening KAAF University’s academic quality, administrative efficiency, and long‑term strategic growth.
