University Librarian
The University Librarian leads the library system in providing comprehensive information services, research support, and learning resources to the KAAF University community.
This position is responsible for managing library collections, digital resources, and information literacy programs that support academic excellence and research innovation across all disciplines.

Develop and maintain comprehensive library collections including books, journals, electronic resources, and multimedia materials.
Research Support
Provide expert research assistance, information literacy instruction, and reference services to students and faculty.
Digital Services
Oversee digital library initiatives, online databases, e-resources, and technology-enhanced learning spaces.
Staff Management
Lead library staff, coordinate professional development, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Strategic Planning
Develop strategic plans for library services, technology integration, and resource allocation.
Collaboration
Foster partnerships with academic departments, other libraries, and information service providers.

Dr De-Graft Johnson Dei
Librarian
Dr. Dei is the dedicated University Librarian at KAAF University, serving in that role since June 2012 . He holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of South Africa (UNISA), complemented by an MA in Information Studies from the University of Ghana and advanced training in Business Information Systems.
His scholarship spans topics such as the integration of mobile technology into academic library services, management of indigenous knowledge, digital dissemination, and the role of academic libraries in achieving quality education
As University Librarian, Dr. Dei leads efforts to modernize the university's library services, drive digital resource accessibility, and implement innovative information management strategies—ensuring students and faculty benefit from a responsive, research-driven library environment.
