About

Professor Lydia A. Nkansah is an Associate Professor of Law at KNUST and a former Dean of its Faculty of Law. She holds a PhD from Walden University and an LLM from Bendel State University and is a member of the Ghana and Nigerian Bars. Her expertise spans constitutional law, human rights, international criminal justice, humanitarian law and transitional justice. She has served CHRAJ, Sierra Leone’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission and Liberia’s transitional legislature. Her leadership, accreditation, research and legal-education experience will provide exceptional guidance to the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law at KAAF University.
