About

Justice Dr. Richmond Osei-Hwere is a Justice of Ghana’s Court of Appeal and a distinguished jurist, legal scholar and educator. Before his elevation in October 2025, he served on the High Court bench and as a Principal State Attorney. He holds a PhD in Law and an LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the University of Aberdeen. He has taught at KNUST and the Ghana School of Law, moderated professional examinations and assessed an LLM programme. His judicial, academic and regulatory experience will strengthen the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law at KAAF University.
