About

Mr. Tawia Yaw Akyea is a seasoned lawyer, legislative-drafting expert, academic and public-sector leader with over four decades of experience. He holds an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and is a member of the Ghana Bar. He has served as Registrar of GIMPA, Chief Executive of the Ghana Export Promotion Council, lecturer at the Ghana School of Law and GIMPA, and Head of Law at KAAF University. His expertise in law, trade policy, institutional governance and legal education will provide valuable strategic guidance to the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law at KAAF University.
