About

Justice Nana Barima Yaw Kodie Oppong is a Justice of Ghana’s Court of Appeal, legal academic, author and experienced practitioner. He is the immediate past Director of Legal Education and Director of the Ghana School of Law, where he also serves as a Senior Lecturer. With over 24 years of legal-practice experience, his expertise covers immovable property, energy and natural-resources law, banking, finance and arbitration. He holds an LLM in Oil and Gas Law and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. His experience will greatly benefit the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law at KAAF University.
